s 159 Entitlement to dispose of and preserve value of property
(1) Notwithstanding any law and in addition to any other power the Corporation may have under any contract or law, the Corporation as holder of security over any property, whether as chargee, mortgagee, assignee, lienholder or otherwise, shall be entitledβ
(a) to dispose of such property or any part of such property by way of private treaty in accordance with the Fourth Schedule; and
(b) where such property consists of land, to take all steps as it deems fit to preserve the value of the land or to facilitate the
disposal of the land by way of private treaty in accordance with the Fourth Schedule, including entering the land, whether by itself or by any person authorized by it, to inspect, protect, secure, maintain or repair the land.
(2) The acquisition or disposal of property in accordance with the Fourth Schedule shall have the effect set out in that Schedule.

Hak untuk melupuskan dan mengekalkan nilai harta
(1) Walau apa pun mana-mana undang-undang dan sebagai tambahan kepada mana-mana kuasa Perbadanan yang lain yang terdapat di bawah mana-mana kontrak atau undang-undang, Perbadanan sebagai pemegang cagaran atas apa-apa harta, sama ada sebagai pemegang gadaian, pemegang gadai janji, pemegang serah hak, pemegang lien atau selainnya, adalah berhakβ
(a) untuk melupuskan harta itu atau mana-mana bahagian harta itu secara triti persendirian mengikut Jadual Keempat; dan
(b) jika harta itu terdiri daripada tanah, untuk mengambil segala langkah yang disifatkannya patut untuk mengekalkan nilai tanah itu atau memudahkan pelupusan tanah itu secara triti persendirian mengikut Jadual Keempat, termasuk memasuki tanah itu, sama ada sendirian atau dengan mana-mana orang yang dibenarkan olehnya, untuk memeriksa, melindungi, menjamin selamat, menyenggara atau membaiki tanah itu.
(2) Pemerolehan dan pelupusan harta mengikut Jadual Keempat hendaklah mempunyai kesan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual itu.
