Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 19

s 19 Appointment, functions and accountability

(1) The Chief Executive Officer shall be appointed by the Minister, on the recommendation of the Board. (2) The Chief Executive Officer shall be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the business and affairs of the Corporation. (3) The Chief Executive Officer shall be answerable and accountable to the Board for the exercise of his powers and the performance of his duties. (4) In the absence or incapacity of the Chief Executive Officer, the Board may authorize an officer of the Corporation to perform the duties, functions and responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer.

Pelantikan, fungsi dan kebertanggungjawaban

(1) Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif hendaklah dilantik oleh Menteri, atas syor Lembaga. (2) Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif hendaklah bertanggungjawab bagi pentadbiran urusan dan hal ehwal harian Perbadanan. (3) Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif hendaklah bertanggungan menjawab dan bertanggungan menerangkan kepada Lembaga bagi penjalanan kuasanya dan pelaksanaan tugasnya. (4) Semasa ketiadaan atau ketidakupayaan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif, Lembaga boleh membenarkan seorang pegawai Perbadanan untuk melaksanakan tugas, fungsi dan tanggungjawab Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif.
