Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 191
Any payment made, transaction entered into or any other act or thing done in good faith by, or with the consent of the conservator, is valid and effective for the purposes of this Act and shall not be void, voidable or be considered as an undue preference in the winding up of the affected person.
Kesahan transaksi
Apa-apa bayaran yang dibuat, transaksi yang dibuat atau apa-apa perbuatan atau benda lain yang dilakukan dengan suci hati oleh, atau dengan persetujuan konservator, adalah sah dan mempunyai kuat kuasa bagi maksud Akta ini dan tidaklah terbatal, boleh batal atau dianggap sebagai suatu keutamaan tidak wajar dalam penggulungan orang terjejas.
