s 22 Financial assistance to officers, employees and other persons
The Corporation may provide—
(a) subsidies, grants, Islamic financing facilities or conventional credit facilities, with or without return or interest, for the acquisition of housing or vehicle or for medical purposes or for compassionate financing or loans, to its officers and employees;
(b) Islamic financing facility or conventional credit facility, with or without return or interest, for educational purposes or scholarships to its officers and employees or any other person; and
(c) donations to any person,
on such terms and conditions as the Board may determine.

Bantuan kewangan kepada pegawai, pekerja dan orang lain
Perbadanan boleh mengadakan—
(a) subsidi, pemberian, kemudahan pembiayaan Islam atau kemudahan kredit konvensional, dengan atau tanpa pulangan atau bunga, untuk memperoleh perumahan atau kenderaan atau bagi maksud perubatan atau bagi pembiayaan atau pinjaman belas kasihan, kepada pegawai dan pekerjanya;
(b) kemudahan pembiayaan Islam atau kemudahan kredit konvensional, dengan atau tanpa pulangan atau bunga, bagi maksud pendidikan atau biasiswa kepada pegawai dan pekerjanya atau mana-mana orang lain; dan
(c) derma kepada mana-mana orang,
atas apa-apa terma dan syarat sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga.
