s 34 Financial statements and annual report
(1) The Corporation shall, within three months from the close of its financial year, transmit a copy of the annual accounts audited by the Auditor General and an annual report on the working of the Corporation throughout the year to the Minister, who shall, as soon as possible, cause them to be laid before the Dewan Negara and the Dewan Rakyat.
(2) The Corporation may publish the annual accounts and annual report referred to in subsection (1) in the event that the annual accounts and annual report are not able to be laid before the Dewan Negara and the Dewan Rakyat within six months from 31 December of the preceding assesment year.

Penyata kewangan dan laporan tahunan
(1) Perbadanan hendaklah, dalam tempoh tiga bulan dari penutupan tahun kewangannya, menghantar suatu salinan akaun tahunan yang diaudit oleh Ketua Audit Negara dan suatu laporan
tahunan mengenai perjalanan kerja Perbadanan sepanjang tahun itu kepada Menteri, yang hendaklah, secepat yang mungkin, menyebabkan ia dibentangkan di hadapan Dewan Negara dan Dewan Rakyat.
(2) Perbadanan boleh menyiarkan akaun tahunan dan laporan tahunan yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) dalam keadaan akaun tahunan dan laporan tahunan itu tidak dapat dibentangkan di hadapan Dewan Negara dan Dewan Rakyat dalam masa enam bulan dari 31 Disember tahun taksiran yang sebelumnya.
