Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 38
The membership of a member institution that is a financial institution shall be cancelled if the license of the member institution has been surrendered or revoked under the Financial Service Act 2013 or the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013.
Pembatalan keanggotaan
Keanggotaan suatu institusi anggota yang merupakan suatu institusi kewangan hendak dibatalkan jika lesen institusi anggota itu telah diserah balik atau dibatalkan di bawah Akta Perkhidmatan Kewangan 2013 atau Akta Perkhidmatan Kewangan Islam 2013.
