Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 49

s 49 Calculation of annual premium in respect of deposit-taking members

(1) Subject to section 49A, the annual premiums shall be calculated as follows: (a) the annual premium to be paid by a deposit-taking member shall be calculated on the basis as may be prescribed by the Minister; (b) the annual premiums of Islamic and conventional deposits shall be calculated separately; and (c) the applicable premium rates for each deposit-taking member shall be based on such criteria as may be prescribed in the regulations. (2) The premiums payable by a deposit-taking member shall be based on returns to be certified by the chief executive of the deposittaking member and submitted in such form and within such period as the Corporation may require.

Pengiraan premium tahunan berkenaan dengan anggota penerima deposit

(1) Tertakluk pada seksyen 49A, premium tahunan hendaklah dikira seperti yang berikut: (a) premium tahunan yang kena dibayar oleh suatu anggota penerima deposit hendaklah dikira berdasarkan asas sebagaimana yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri; (b) premium tahunan deposit Islam dan konvensional hendaklah dikira secara berasingan; dan (c) kadar premium yang terpakai bagi setiap anggota penerima deposit hendaklah berdasarkan apa-apa kriteria yang ditetapkan dalam peraturan-peraturan. (2) Premium yang kena dibayar oleh anggota penerima deposit hendaklah berdasarkan penyata yang diperakui oleh ketua eksekutif anggota penerima deposit itu dan dikemukakan dalam apa-apa bentuk dan tempoh sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh Perbadanan.
