Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 65
Where the Corporation makes a payment under this Chapter in respect of any deposit, the Corporation is subrogated, to the extent of the amount of the payment made, to all the rights and interests of the depositor in relation to the deposit and may maintain an action in respect of those rights and interests in the name of the depositor or in the name of the Corporation.
Subrogasi
Jika Perbadanan membuat suatu bayaran di bawah Bab ini berkenaan dengan mana-mana deposit, Perbadanan adalah disubrogasi, setakat amaun bayaran yang dibuat, terhadap semua hak dan kepentingan pendeposit berhubung dengan deposit itu dan boleh mengambil suatu tindakan berkenaan dengan hak dan kepentingan itu atas nama pendeposit atau atas nama Perbadanan.
