Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 68
For the purposes of this Part— (a) “takaful benefit” means the aggregate of takaful benefits for which an insurer member is liable to any person in the usual course of the takaful business of the insurer member; and (b) “insurance benefit” means the aggregate of insurance benefits for which an insurer member is liable to any person in the usual course of the insurance business of the insurer member.
Takrif
Bagi maksud Bahagian ini— (a) “manfaat takaful” ertinya agregat manfaat takaful yang baginya anggota penanggung insurans bertanggungan kepada mana-mana orang dalam perjalanan biasa perniagaan takaful anggota penanggung insurans itu; dan (b) “manfaat insurans” ertinya agregat manfaat insurans yang baginya anggota penanggung insurans bertanggungan kepada mana-mana orang dalam perjalanan biasa perniagaan insurans anggota penanggung insurans itu.
