Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011 s 93

s 93 Time limitation for action in respect of protected benefit

The time limit for the commencement of an action against the Corporation in respect of the obligation of the Corporation under subsection 80(2) to make payment in relation to a takaful certificate or an insurance policy shall be ten years after the date of the filing of the petition for winding up.

Had masa bagi tindakan berkenaan dengan manfaat dilindungi

Had masa untuk memulakan suatu tindakan terhadap Perbadanan berkenaan dengan kewajipan Perbadanan di bawah subseksyen 80(2) untuk membuat bayaran berhubung dengan suatu sijil takaful atau polisi insurans deposit adalah sepuluh tahun selepas tarikh pemfailan petisyen penggulungan.
