Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 s 37
Where any goods seized in exercise of the power conferred by this Act are of perishable nature or where the custody of such goods involves unreasonable expense and inconvenience, such goods may be sold by the Assistant Controller at any time and the proceeds of the sale held to abide by the result of any prosecution or claim under this section.
Penyitaan barangan mudah musnah
Jika apa-apa barangan yang disita pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh Akta ini merupakan barangan yang mudah musnah sifatnya atau jika penjagaan barangan tersebut melibatkan perbelanjaan yang tidak munasabah dan kesulitan, barangan itu boleh dijual oleh Penolong Pengawal pada bila-bila masa dan hasil jualan itu boleh dipegang untuk mematuhi keputusan apa-apa pendakwaan atau tuntutan di bawah seksyen ini.
