s 41 Price Advisory Council
The Minister may establish a Price Advisory Council to advise him on the following matters: (a) issues relating to profiteering; and (b) any other matters relating to the prices of goods and charges for services.

Menteri boleh menubuhkan suatu Majlis Penasihat Harga untuk menasihatinya tentang perkara-perkara yang berikut: (a) isu-isu yang berhubungan dengan pencatutan; dan (b) apa-apa perkara lain yang berhubungan dengan harga barangan dan caj bagi perkhidmatan.
