Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 s 47
Where a member appointed under paragraph 42(1)(b) and (c) ceases to be a member of the Council, the Minister may appoint another person to fill the vacancy for the remainder of the term for which the vacating member was appointed.

Jika anggota yang dilantik di bawah perenggan 42(1)(b) dan (c) terhenti menjadi anggota Majlis, Menteri bolehlah melantik seorang lain untuk mengisi kekosongan itu untuk baki tempoh yang baginya anggota yang mengosongkan jawatan itu telah dilantik.
