National Visual Arts Development Board Act 2011 s 40
Subject to the provisions of this Act, all powers, rights, privileges, duties, liabilities or obligations which immediately before the appointed date were those of the dissolved Board shall, as from that date, devolve on the Board established by this Act.
Pemindahan kuasa, dsb.
Tertakluk kepada peruntukan Akta ini, semua kuasa, hak, keistimewaan, kewajipan, tanggungan atau obligasi yang sebaik sebelum tarikh yang ditetapkan adalah kuasa, hak, keistimewaan, kewajipan, tanggungan atau obligasi Lembaga dibubarkan hendaklah, mulai dari tarikh itu, diturunkan kepada Lembaga yang ditubuhkan oleh Akta ini.
