s 5 Application for feed-in approval
(1) An eligible producer may apply to the Authority for a feedin approval under section 7 by submitting a written application to the Authority in such manner and accompanied by such fees as may be prescribed by the Authority.
(2) An application under this section may be withdrawn at any time before it is granted or refused.
(3) The Authority may allow an application under subsection (1) to be furnished by an electronic medium or by way of an electronic transmission.
(4) For the purposes of subsection (3), the conditions and specifications under which an application is to be furnished shall be as determined by the Authority.

Permohonan bagi kelulusan galakan
(1) Seseorang penjana yang layak boleh memohon kepada Pihak Berkuasa bagi kelulusan galakan di bawah seksyen 7 dengan mengemukakan suatu permohonan bertulis kepada Pihak Berkuasa mengikut apa-apa cara dan disertai dengan apa-apa fi yang ditetapkan oleh Pihak Berkuasa.
(2) Sesuatu permohonan di bawah seksyen ini boleh ditarik balik pada bila-bila masa sebelum permohonan itu diberikan atau ditolak.
(3) Pihak Berkuasa boleh membenarkan sesuatu permohonan di bawah subseksyen (1) dikemukakan melalui perantara elektronik atau secara penghantaran elektronik.
(4) Bagi maksud subseksyen (3), syarat dan spesifikasi yang di bawahnya sesuatu permohonan hendaklah dikemukakan hendaklah sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Pihak Berkuasa.
