s 7 Grant or refusal of feed-in approval
(1) The Authority may, after considering an application for a feed-in approval under section 5 and the additional information or documents provided under section 6, approve or refuse the application.
(2) The Authority shall communicate its decision under subsection (1) to the eligible producer and the relevant distribution licensee by written notice as soon as practicable.
(3) The written notice by the Authority under subsection (2) shall specifyβ
(a) in the case where the application is approved, the fact of such approval and the conditions imposed under section 8; and
(b) in the case where the application is refused, the fact of such refusal and the reason for the refusal.
(4) The grant of a feed-in approval under this section shall be personal to the feed-in approval holder and the feed-in approval shall not be assigned or transferred to any other person except with the prior written approval of the Authority.

Pemberian atau keengganan memberikan kelulusan galakan
(1) Pihak Berkuasa boleh, selepas menimbangkan permohonan bagi kelulusan galakan di bawah seksyen 5 dan maklumat atau dokumen tambahan yang diberikan di bawah seksyen 6, meluluskan atau menolak permohonan itu.
(2) Pihak Berkuasa hendaklah memaklumkan keputusannya di bawah subseksyen (1) kepada penjana yang layak dan pemegang lesen pengagihan yang berkenaan melalui notis bertulis dengan secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan.
(3) Notis bertulis oleh Pihak Berkuasa di bawah subseksyen (2) hendaklah menyatakanβ
(a) dalam hal jika permohonan itu diluluskan, hakikat kelulusan itu dan syarat yang dikenakan di bawah seksyen 8; dan
(b) dalam hal jika permohonan itu ditolak, hakikat penolakan itu dan sebab bagi penolakan itu.
(4) Pemberian kelulusan galakan di bawah seksyen ini hendaklah bersifat peribadi bagi pemegang kelulusan galakan itu dan kelulusan galakan itu tidak boleh diserah hak atau dipindah milik kepada mana-mana orang lain kecuali dengan kelulusan bertulis daripada Pihak Berkuasa terlebih terdahulu.
