Sustainable Energy Development Authority Act 2011 s 35
The Authority shall not, without the approval of the Minister and the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, enter into any contract under which the Authority is to pay or receive an amount exceeding ten million ringgit.
Batasan kontrak
Pihak Berkuasa tidak boleh, tanpa kelulusan Menteri dan persetujuan Menteri Kewangan, membuat apa-apa kontrak yang di bawahnya Pihak Berkuasa dikehendaki untuk membayar atau menerima suatu amaun yang melebihi sepuluh juta ringgit.
