Food Analysts Act 2011 s 35

s 35 General penalty

Any person who commits an offence under this Act for which no specific penalty is provided shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.

Mana-mana orang yang melakukan suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini yang baginya tiada penalti khusus diperuntukkan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi satu tahun atau keduaduanya.
