Food Analysts Act 2011 s 48
s 48 Transitional provisions
(1) Any person who, at the date of the coming into operation of this Act, has been carrying out any food analysis activity to which this Act applies shall, within 12 months from the date of coming into operation of this Act, apply to be registered as a food analyst under this Act.
(2) Any person referred to in subsection (1) may continue to carry out such activity pending determination of his application to be registered under this Act.

Peruntukan peralihan
(1) Mana-mana orang yang, pada tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini, sedang menjalankan apa-apa aktiviti analisis makanan yang Akta ini terpakai baginya hendaklah, dalam tempoh 12 bulan dari tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini, memohon supaya didaftarkan sebagai seorang juruanalisis makanan di bawah Akta ini.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) boleh terus menjalankan aktiviti itu sementara menunggu penentuan permohonannya supaya didaftarkan di bawah Akta ini.
