(1) A member who is appointed or elected under paragraph 7(1)(c) to (f) shall hold office for a term not exceeding three years.
(2) A member who is appointed or elected under paragraph 7(1)(c) to (f) is eligible for reappointment but such member shall not hold office for more than two consecutive terms.
(3) If the office of a member becomes vacant before the expiration of his term of office, the person appointed to fill the vacancy shall hold office for the remainder of the term of office of the member whose office has become vacant.

Tempoh jawatan
(1) Seseorang anggota yang dilantik atau dipilih di bawah perenggan 7(1)(c) hingga (f) hendaklah memegang jawatan bagi tempoh yang tidak melebihi tiga tahun.
(2) Seseorang anggota yang dilantik atau dipilih di bawah perenggan 7(1)(c) hingga (f) adalah layak untuk dilantik semula tetapi anggota itu tidak boleh memegang jawatan lebih daripada dua tempoh berturut-turut.
(3) Jika jawatan seseorang anggota menjadi kosong sebelum habis tempoh jawatannya, orang yang dilantik untuk mengisi kekosongan itu hendaklah memegang jawatan itu bagi baki tempoh jawatan anggota yang jawatannya telah menjadi kosong itu.
