(1) Akta ini boleh-lah di-namakan Akta Lembaga Tajok Kemajuan Perusahaan Haiwan Negara, 1972. ringkas, pemakaian dan mula (2). Akta ini hendak-lah di-pakai di-seluroh Malaysia. berkuatkuasa. (3) Aktą ini hendak-lah mula berkuatkuasa pada tarikh yang di-tetapkan oleh Menteri melaluï pemberitahu dalam Warta, dan tarikh? yang berlainan boleh di-tetapkan bagi berlain-lain Negeri atau bahagian dalam Malaysia.
