s 12 Possession for supply
A person having in his possession three or more of the same goods of similar description and bearing the same trade description mentioned under section 6 is deemed to have in possession the goods for supply.

Dalam milikan untuk pembekalan
Seseorang yang ada dalam milikannya tiga barang atau lebih yang sama daripada perihalan yang serupa dan menggunakan perihal dagangan yang sama sebagaimana yang disebut dalam seksyen 6 disifatkan sebagai mempunyai dalam milikan barang-barang untuk pembekalan.
