Trade Descriptions Act 2011 s 61
(1) The Controller or the Deputy Controller may in writing delegate all or any of his powers, duties or functions under this Act to any Assistant Controller, and may at any time revoke any such delegation. (2) The delegation under subsection (1) shall not preclude the Controller or the Deputy Controller from exercising at any time the delegated powers, duties or functions.
Pewakilan kuasa
(1) Pengawal atau Timbalan Pengawal boleh secara bertulis mewakilkan semua atau mana-mana kuasa, kewajipan atau fungsinya di bawah Akta ini kepada mana-mana Penolong Pengawal, dan boleh pada bila-bila masa membatalkan mana-mana pewakilan sedemikian. (2) Pewakilan di bawah subseksyen (1) tidak menghalang Pengawal atau Timbalan Pengawal daripada menjalankan pada bilabila masa kuasa, kewajipan atau fungsi yang diwakilkan itu.
