s 83 Protection against suits and legal proceedings

No action, suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall lie or be brought, instituted, or maintained in any court or before any other authority against— (a) the Minister; (b) the Bank; (c) the Governor; or (d) any of its directors, officers or employees or any person acting on behalf of the Bank, for or on account of, or in respect of, any act done or statement made or omitted to be done or made, or purporting to be done or made or omitted to be done or made, in pursuance of or in execution of, or intended pursuance of or execution of, this Act or any order in writing, direction or other thing issued under this Act if such act or statement was done or made, or was omitted to be done or made, in good faith.

Perlindungan daripada guaman dan prosiding undang- undang

Tiada apa-apa tindakan, guaman, pendakwaan atau prosiding lain akan dibawa, diinstitusikan atau dikekalkan di mana-mana mahkamah atau mana-mana pihak berkuasa lain terhadap— (a) Menteri; (b) Bank; (c) Gabenor; atau (d) mana-mana pengarahnya, pegawainya atau pekerjanya atau mana-mana orang yang bertindak untuk Bank, untuk atau bagi, atau berkenaan dengan, apa-apa tindakan atau kenyataan yang dibuat atau ditinggalkan, atau yang menyerupai dibuat atau ditinggalkan, dalam penurutan atau pelaksanaannya, atau penurutan atau pelaksanaannya yang diinginkan di bawah, Akta ini atau mana-mana perintah, arahan atau benda yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini jika tindakan atau kenyataan itu dilakukan atau dibuat, atau ditinggalkan, dengan niat baik.
