National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 s 1
(1) This Act may be cited as the National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011. (2) This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette, and the Minister may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of this Act in different parts of Malaysia.
Tajuk ringkas dan permulaan kuat kuasa
(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara 2011. (2) Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta, dan Menteri boleh menetapkan tarikh-tarikh yang berlainan bagi permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini di bahagian-bahagian yang berlainan di Malaysia.
