s 10 Revocation of appointment and resignation
(1) The Minister may, at any time, revoke the appointment of a member of the Council. (2) A member of the Council may resign from office by giving thirty days’ written notice to the Minister.

Pembatalan pelantikan dan peletakan jawatan
(1) Menteri boleh, pada bila-bila masa, membatalkan pelantikan anggota Majlis. (2) Anggota Majlis boleh meletak jawatan dengan memberi tiga puluh hari notis bertulis kepada Menteri.
