National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 s 38
(1) A person shall, if at any time directed by an enforcement officer, allow the enforcement officer to have access to his book of account of wages, register, financial statement or other document for the purposes of carrying out any of the enforcement officer’s powers under this Act. (2) Any person who fails to comply with the direction made by the enforcement officer under subsection (1) commits an offence.
Akses kepada rekod
(1) Mana-mana orang hendaklah, jika pada bila-bila masa diarahkan oleh pegawai penguat kuasa, membenarkan pegawai penguat kuasa akses kepada buku akaun gajinya, daftarnya, penyata kewangannya atau dokumen lain bagi maksud menjalankan manamana kuasa pegawai penguat kuasa di bawah Akta ini. (2) Mana-mana orang yang tidak mematuhi arahan yang dibuat oleh pegawai penguat kuasa di bawah subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan.
