National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 s 59

s 59 Savings

(1) Any wages council order made under the repealed Act shall continue in force until it is revoked or replaced by the minimum wages order made by the Minister under this Act. (2) All rules, regulations, orders, notices, forms, directions and letters of authorization made, issued or given under the repealed Act shall, in so far as the rules, regulations, orders, notices, forms, directions and letters of authorization are consistent with this Act, continue in force until it is revoked or replaced by this Act. (3) Any inquiry, trial or proceedings done, taken or commenced under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement of this Act shall be continued and concluded under and in accordance with the provisions of the repealed Act.

(1) Apa-apa perintah majlis penetapan gaji yang dibuat di bawah Akta yang dimansuhkan hendaklah terus berkuat kuasa sehingga dibatalkan atau digantikan oleh perintah gaji minimum yang dibuat oleh Menteri di bawah Akta ini. (2) Semua kaedah-kaedah, peraturan-peraturan, perintah, notis, borang, arahan dan surat pemberian kuasa yang dibuat, dikeluarkan atau diberikan di bawah Akta yang dimansuhkan hendaklah, setakat yang kaedah-kaedah, peraturan-peraturan, perintah, notis, borang, arahan dan surat pemberian kuasa itu selaras dengan Akta ini, terus berkuat kuasa sehingga dibatalkan atau digantikan oleh Akta ini. (3) Apa-apa siasatan, perbicaraan atau prosiding yang dibuat, diambil atau dimulakan di bawah Akta yang dimansuhkan sebaik sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini hendaklah diteruskan dan diselesaikan di bawah dan mengikut peruntukan Akta yang dimansuhkan.
