Kampong Bharu Development Corporation Act 2011 s 10
s 10 Vacation of office
The office of a member of the Corporation shall be vacated—
(a) if he dies;
(b) if there has been proved against him, or he has been convicted on, a charge in respect of—
(i) an offence involving fraud, dishonesty or moral turpitude; or
(ii) an offence under any law relating to corruption;
(c) if he becomes a bankrupt;
(d) if he is of unsound mind or is otherwise incapable of discharging his duties;
(e) in the case of a member of the Corporation other than the Chairman, if he absents himself from three consecutive meetings of the Corporation without leave in writing of the Chairman;
(f) in the case of the Chairman, if he absents himself from three consecutive meetings of the Corporation without leave in writing of the Minister;
(g) if his appointment is revoked by the Minister under subsection 9(1); or
(h) if his resignation under subsection 9(2) is accepted by the Minister.

Jawatan seseorang anggota Perbadanan hendaklah menjadi kosong—
(a) jika dia mati;
(b) jika telah dibuktikan terhadapnya, atau jika dia telah disabitkan atas, suatu pertuduhan berkenaan dengan—
(i) suatu kesalahan yang melibatkan fraud, kecurangan atau keburukan akhlak; atau
(ii) suatu kesalahan di bawah mana-mana undangundang yang berhubungan dengan rasuah;
(c) jika dia menjadi bankrap;
(d) jika dia tidak sempurna akal atau selainnya tidak berupaya untuk menunaikan kewajipannya;
(e) dalam hal seseorang anggota Perbadanan selain Pengerusi, jika dia tidak menghadiri mesyuarat Perbadanan tiga kali berturut-turut tanpa kebenaran secara bertulis daripada Pengerusi;
(f) dalam hal Pengerusi, jika dia tidak menghadiri mesyuarat Perbadanan tiga kali berturut-turut tanpa kebenaran secara bertulis daripada Menteri;
(g) jika pelantikannya dibatalkan oleh Menteri di bawah subseksyen 9(1); atau
(h) jika peletakan jawatannya di bawah subseksyen 9(2) diterima oleh Menteri.
