Kampong Bharu Development Corporation Act 2011 s 19
s 19 Advisory Council
(1) There is established an Advisory Council for the purpose of advising the Corporation in carrying out its functions and powers under this Act.
(2) The advice of the Advisory Council to the Corporation under subsection (1) shall be on matters relating to the interest of the Malays in Kampong Bharu and any other matter referred to it by the Corporation in relation to the development of Kampong Bharu.
(3) The advice of the Advisory Council shall be examined, studied and, if appropriate, shall be adopted by the Corporation.

Majlis Penasihat
(1) Suatu Majlis Penasihat ditubuhkan bagi maksud menasihati Perbadanan dalam menjalankan fungsi dan kuasa di bawah Akta ini.
(2) Nasihat Majlis Penasihat kepada Perbadanan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah mengenai perkara-perkara yang berhubungan dengan kepentingan orang Melayu di Kampong Bharu dan apa-apa perkara lain yang dirujuk kepadanya oleh Perbadanan berhubung dengan pembangunan Kampong Bharu.
(3) Nasihat Majlis Penasihat hendaklah diteliti, dikaji dan, jika bersesuaian, hendaklah diterima pakai oleh Perbadanan.
