Kampong Bharu Development Corporation Act 2011 s 28
The Minister may appoint any employee of the Corporation to act as the Chief Executive Officer during any period when— (a) the office of the Chief Executive Officer is vacant; (b) the Chief Executive Officer is absent from duty or from Malaysia; or (c) the Chief Executive Officer is, for any other reason, unable to perform the duties of his office.
Penjalanan sementara fungsi Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif
Menteri boleh melantik mana-mana pekerja Perbadanan untuk bertindak sebagai Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif semasa apa-apa tempoh apabila— (a) jawatan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif kosong; (b) Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif tidak hadir bertugas atau tidak ada di Malaysia; atau (c) Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif, kerana apa-apa sebab lain, tidak dapat melaksanakan tugas jawatannya.
