Kampong Bharu Development Corporation Act 2011 s 47
s 47 Accounts and reports
(1) The Corporation shall cause proper accounts of the Fund and proper reports of its activities to be kept and shall, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, cause to be prepared for that financial year—
(a) a statement of accounts of the Corporation which shall include a balance sheet and an account of income and expenditure; and
(b) a statement of its activities.
(2) The Corporation shall as soon as possible send a copy of the statement of accounts certified by the auditors and a copy of the auditors’ report to the Minister who shall cause them to be laid before both Houses of Parliament.

Akaun dan laporan
(1) Perbadanan hendaklah menyebabkan suatu akaun yang sepatutnya bagi Kumpulan Wang dan suatu laporan yang sepatutnya aktiviti Perbadanan disimpan dan hendaklah, dengan secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan selepas berakhirnya setiap tahun kewangan, menyebabkan supaya disediakan bagi tahun kewangan itu—
(a) penyata akaun Perbadanan yang hendaklah mengandungi kunci kira-kira dan akaun pendapatan dan perbelanjaan; dan
(b) suatu penyata mengenai aktiviti Perbadanan.
(2) Perbadanan hendaklah dengan seberapa segera yang mungkin menghantar suatu salinan penyata akaun yang telah diperakui sah oleh juruaudit dan suatu salinan laporan juruaudit kepada Menteri yang hendaklah menyebabkan kedua-duanya dibentangkan di hadapan kedua-dua Majlis Parlimen.
