Kampong Bharu Development Corporation Act 2011 s 50

s 50 Public servant

All members of the Corporation and of any committee, and employees and agents of the Corporation, while discharging their duties under this Act as such members, employees or agents, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Pekhidmat awam

Semua anggota Perbadanan dan anggota mana-mana jawatankuasa, dan pekerja dan ejen Perbadanan, semasa menunaikan kewajipan mereka di bawah Akta ini sebagai anggota, pekerja atau ejen sedemikian, hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
