Kampong Bharu Development Corporation Act 2011 s 7
Subject to such conditions as may be specified in his instrument of appointment, a member of the Corporation appointed under paragraph 5(1)(a), (b), (c), (f), (g) or (h) shall, unless he sooner resigns or vacates his office or his appointment is sooner revoked, hold office for a term not exceeding two years and is eligible for reappointment.
Tempoh jawatan
Tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat yang dinyatakan dalam surat pelantikannya, seseorang anggota Perbadanan yang dilantik di bawah perenggan 5(1)(a), (b), (c), (f), (g) atau (h) hendaklah, melainkan jika dia terlebih dahulu meletakkan jawatannya atau mengosongkan jawatannya atau pelantikannya dibatalkan terlebih dahulu, memegang jawatan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun dan layak untuk dilantik semula.
