s 12 Requirement to inform persons who have interests
(1) Upon receipt of the notification under subsection 9(1), the Officer in Charge of the Police District shall, within twenty-four hours, cause the details of the assembly to be informed to persons who have interests—
(a) by posting a notice conspicuously at various locations at the place of assembly; or
(b) by any reasonable means suitable or necessary so as to make the information available to such persons.
(2) A person who has interests may, in writing, inform his concerns or objections to the assembly together with his reasons to the Officer in Charge of the Police District within forty-eight hours of being informed of the assembly under subsection (1).
(3) The Officer in Charge of the Police District shall take into account the concerns or objections received for the purpose of imposing restrictions and conditions under section 15.

Kehendak untuk memaklumkan orang yang mempunyai kepentingan
(1) Apabila diterima pemberitahuan di bawah subseksyen 9(1), Pegawai yang Menjaga Daerah Polis hendaklah, dalam tempoh dua puluh empat jam, menyebabkan butir-butir mengenai perhimpunan itu dimaklumkan kepada orang yang mempunyai kepentingan—
(a) dengan menampal suatu notis yang mudah dilihat di pelbagai lokasi di tempat perhimpunan itu; atau
(b) dengan apa-apa cara yang munasabah yang sesuai atau perlu supaya maklumat itu boleh diketahui oleh orang itu.
(2) Orang yang mempunyai kepentingan boleh, secara bertulis, memaklumkan kebimbangan atau bantahannya terhadap perhimpunan itu berserta dengan sebabnya kepada Pegawai yang Menjaga Daerah Polis dalam tempoh empat puluh lapan jam setelah dimaklumkan tentang perhimpunan di bawah subseksyen (1).
(3) P e g a w a i y a n g M e n j a g a D a e r a h P o l i s h e n d a k l a h mengambil kira kebimbangan atau bantahan yang diterima bagi maksud mengenakan sekatan-sekatan dan syarat-syarat di bawah seksyen 15.
