s 20 Power of arrest
(1) A police officer may, without warrant, arrest any organizer or participant—
(a) who, during an assembly, refuses or fails to comply with any restrictions and conditions under section 15;
(b) who, during an assembly, has in his possession any arms; or
(c) who recruits or brings a child to an assembly other than an assembly specified in the Second Schedule.
(2) The police officer shall, before exercising the power of arrest under this section, take necessary measures to ensure voluntary compliance by the organizer or participant.

Kuasa menangkap
(1) Seseorang pegawai polis boleh, tanpa waran, menangkap mana-mana penganjur atau peserta—
(a) yang, semasa perhimpunan, enggan atau tidak mematuhi mana-mana sekatan atau syarat di bawah seksyen 15;
(b) yang, semasa perhimpunan, ada dalam milikannya apa-apa senjata; atau
(c) yang merekrut atau membawa kanak-kanak ke suatu perhimpunan selain perhimpunan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Kedua.
(2) Pegawai polis itu hendaklah, sebelum menjalankan kuasa menangkap di bawah seksyen ini, mengambil langkah-langkah yang perlu untuk memastikan pematuhan secara sukarela oleh penganjur atau peserta.
