Medical Device Act 2012 s 48

s 48 Authorized officers

(1) The Minister may, in writing, authorize any officer of the Authority or public officer to exercise the powers of enforcement under this Act. (2) Any such officer shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Pegawai diberi kuasa

(1) Menteri boleh, secara bertulis, memberi kuasa kepada mana-mana pegawai Pihak Berkuasa atau pegawai awam untuk menjalankan kuasa penguatkuasaan di bawah Akta ini. (2) Mana-mana pegawai sedemikian hendaklah disifatkan sebagai seorang pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
