Medical Device Act 2012 s 8

s 8 Power to impose additional conditions and to vary or revoke conditions

The Authority may, at any time— (a) impose any additional conditions on the registration of a medical device; or (b) vary or revoke any of the conditions imposed on the registration of a medical device.

Kuasa untuk mengenakan syarat tambahan dan untuk mengubah atau membatalkan syarat

Pihak Berkuasa boleh, pada bila-bila masa— (a) mengenakan apa-apa syarat tambahan ke atas pendaftaran sesuatu peranti perubatan; atau (b) mengubah atau membatalkan mana-mana syarat yang dikenakan ke atas pendaftaran sesuatu peranti perubatan.
