Medical Device Authority Act 2012 s 28
The Authority may, from time to time, borrow in such form and at such rate of interest and for such period and upon such terms as to the time and method of repayment and otherwise, as may be approved by the Minister with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, any money required by the Authority for meeting any of its obligations or discharging any of its functions.
Kuasa untuk meminjam
Pihak Berkuasa boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, meminjam dalam apa-apa bentuk dan pada apa-apa kadar bunga dan bagi apa-apa tempoh dan atas apa-apa terma tentang masa dan kaedah pembayaran balik dan selainnya, sebagaimana yang diluluskan oleh Menteri dengan persetujuan Menteri Kewangan, apa-apa wang yang diperlukan oleh Pihak Berkuasa bagi memenuhi mana-mana obligasinya atau bagi melaksanakan mana-mana kewajipannya.
