Medical Device Authority Act 2012 s 33
The Authority shall on the instruction of the Federal Government, cause to be paid to the Federal Consolidated Fund an amount not exceeding twenty per cent of its current annual surplus after the fifth year of its operation.
Bayaran kepada Kumpulan Wang Disatukan Persekutuan
Pihak Berkuasa boleh atas arahan Kerajaan Persekutuan menyebabkan dibayar kepada Kumpulan Wang Disatukan Persekutuan suatu amaun tidak melebihi dua puluh peratus daripada lebihan semasa tahunannya selepas tahun kelima pengendaliannya.
