Medical Device Authority Act 2012 s 35

s 35 Public servant

The Chairman, members of the Authority and any of its committees, and all officers and agents of the Authority, while discharging their duties under this Act as the Chairman, such members, officers or agents, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Pekhidmat awam

Pengerusi, anggota Pihak Berkuasa dan mana-mana jawatankuasanya, dan semua pegawai dan ejen Pihak Berkuasa, semasa menunaikan kewajipan mereka di bawah Akta ini sebagai Pengerusi, anggota, pegawai atau ejen sedemikian, hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
