s 40 Regulations
The Minister may, after consultation with the Authority, make regulations as are necessary or expedient to give full effect or for carrying out the provisions of this Act.

Menteri boleh, selepas berunding dengan Pihak Berkuasa, membuat peraturan-peraturan sebagaimana perlu atau suai manfaat bagi melaksanakan sepenuhnya atau bagi melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini.
