Perumahan Rakyat 1Malaysia Act 2012 s 21

s 21 Direction by Minister

(1) The Corporation shall be responsible to the Minister. (2) The Minister may give to the Corporation directions of a general character, consistent with the provisions of this Act, relating to the performance of the functions and the exercise of the powers of the Corporation and the Corporation shall give effect to such directions.

(1) Perbadanan adalah bertanggungjawab kepada Menteri (2) Menteri boleh memberi Perbadanan arahan yang bersifat am, yang selaras dengan peruntukan Akta ini, yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan fungsi dan penjalanan kuasa Perbadanan dan Perbadanan hendaklah melaksanakan arahan itu.
