s 23 Corporation may establish and participate in bodies corporate
The Corporation may, from time to time, with the approval of the Minister and the concurrence of the Minister responsible for
finance, establish and participate in any body corporate by such name as the Corporation may determine to carry out and have the charge, conduct and management on behalf of the Corporation of any project, scheme or enterprise as may be determined by the Corporation in the performance of its functions or in the exercise of its powers.

Perbadanan boleh menubuhkan dan terlibat dalam pertubuhan perbadanan
Perbadanan boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, dengan kelulusan Menteri dan persetujuan Menteri yang bertanggungjawab bagi kewangan, menubuhkan dan terlibat dalam mana-mana pertubuhan perbadanan dengan apa-apa nama yang ditentukan oleh Perbadanan untuk menjalankan dan menjaga, mengelolakan dan menguruskan bagi pihak Perbadanan apa-apa projek, skim atau perusahaan sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Perbadanan dalam melaksanakan fungsinya atau menjalankan kuasanya.
