Perumahan Rakyat 1Malaysia Act 2012 s 29

s 29 Corporation may adopt regulations, etc.

The Corporation may, with the approval of the Minister, adopt with such modifications as it deems fit any regulations, rules, policies, circulars or directives enacted or issued by the Federal Government in relation to any matter under this Part.

Perbadanan boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri, menerima pakai dengan apa-apa ubah suaian yang difikirkannya patut apaapa peraturan-peraturan, kaedah-kaedah, dasar, surat pekeliling atau arahan yang diperbuat atau dikeluarkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan berhubung dengan apa-apa perkara di bawah Bahagian ini.
