(1) A person who is aggrieved by a decision or direction of the Corporation may, subject to the payment of such fees and compliance with such terms and conditions as may be prescribed, appeal to the Appeal Tribunal by filing a notice of appeal with the Appeal Tribunal.
(2) A notice of appeal shall be made to the Appeal Tribunal in writing within thirty days from the date of the decision or direction of the Corporation and the appellant shall give a copy of the notice of appeal to the Chief Executive Officer.
(3) The notice of appeal shall state briefly the substance of the decision or direction of the Corporation appealed against, contain an address at which any notices or documents connected with the appeal may be served upon the appellant or upon his advocate and shall be signed by the appellant or his advocate.

Rayuan kepada Tribunal Rayuan
(1) Seseorang yang terkilan dengan sesuatu keputusan atau arahan Perbadanan boleh, tertakluk kepada pembayaran apa-apa fi dan pematuhan apa-apa terma dan syarat yang ditetapkan, merayu kepada Tribunal Rayuan dengan memfailkan suatu notis rayuan dengan Tribunal Rayuan.
(2) Suatu notis rayuan hendaklah dibuat kepada Tribunal Rayuan secara bertulis dalam tempoh tiga puluh hari dari tarikh keputusan atau arahan Perbadanan itu dan perayu hendaklah memberikan suatu salinan notis rayuan itu kepada Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif.
(3) Notis rayuan itu hendaklah menyatakan secara ringkas kandungan keputusan atau arahan Perbadanan yang terhadapnya ia dirayukan, mengandungi alamat yang apa-apa notis atau dokumen yang berkaitan dengan rayuan itu boleh disampaikan kepada perayu atau peguam belanya dan hendaklah ditandatangani oleh perayu atau peguam belanya.
