The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198] shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceedings against the Corporation or against a member of the Corporation, the Council, the Appeal Tribunal, the Approvals and Implementation Committee, or a committee, and an employee or agent of the Corporation or officer of the Appeal Tribunal in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by it or him in good faith or any omission by it or him in good faith in such capacity.

Akta Perlindungan Pihak Berkuasa Awam 1948 [Akta 198] hendaklah terpakai bagi apa-apa tindakan, guaman, pendakwaan atau prosiding terhadap Perbadanan atau terhadap anggota Perbadanan, Majlis, Tribunal Rayuan, Jawatankuasa Kelulusan dan Pelaksanaan, atau suatu jawatankuasa, dan pekerja atau ejen Perbadanan atau pegawai Tribunal Rayuan berkenaan dengan apaapa perbuatan, pengabaian atau keingkaran yang dibuat atau dilakukannya dengan suci hati atau apa-apa peninggalan olehnya dengan suci hati atas sifat yang sedemikian.
