s 9 Application for registration
(1) An application for registration as a veteran shall be made in writing to the Registrar. (2) Every application under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by such document or information as may be prescribed.

Permohonan untuk pendaftaran
(1) Sesuatu permohonan untuk pendaftaran sebagai seorang veteran hendaklah dibuat secara bertulis kepada Pendaftar. (2) Tiap-tiap permohonan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah disertakan dengan apa-apa dokumen atau maklumat yang ditetapkan.
