Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 s 10
s 10 Adjudication response
(1) The respondent shall, within ten working days from the receipt of the adjudication claim under subsection 9(1), serve a written adjudication response which shall answer the adjudication claim together with any supporting document on the claimant.
(2) The respondent shall provide the adjudicator with a copy of the adjudication response together with any supporting document within the time specified under subsection (1).
(3) If the respondent fails to serve any adjudication response, the claimant may proceed with the adjudication after the expiry of the time specified under subsection (1).

Respons adjudikasi
(1) Responden hendaklah, dalam masa sepuluh hari dari penerimaan tuntutan adjudikasi di bawah subseksyen 9(1), menyampaikan respons adjudikasi bertulis yang hendaklah menjawab tuntutan adjudikasi itu berserta dengan apa-apa dokumen sokongan kepada pihak yang menuntut.
(2) Responden hendaklah memberi adjudikator salinan respons adjudikasi itu berserta dengan apa-apa dokumen sokongan dalam masa yang dinyatakan di bawah subseksyen (1).
(3) Jika responden tidak menyampaikan apa-apa respons adjudikasi, pihak yang menuntut boleh meneruskan adjudikasi itu selepas tamat masa yang dinyatakan di bawah subseksyen (1).
