Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 s 13

s 13 Effect of adjudication decision

The adjudication decision is binding unless— (a) it is set aside by the High Court on any of the grounds referred to in section 15; (b) the subject matter of the decision is settled by a written agreement between the parties; or (c) the dispute is finally decided by arbitration or the court.

Kesan keputusan adjudikasi

Keputusan adjudikasi adalah mengikat melainkan jika— (a) ia diketepikan oleh Mahkamah Tinggi atas apa-apa alasan yang disebut dalam seksyen 15; (b) hal perkara keputusan itu diselesaikan melalui suatu perjanjian bertulis antara pihak-pihak; atau (c) pertikaian itu telah diputuskan secara muktamad oleh timbang tara atau mahkamah.
